In the full video below I show how to make a sunflower wreath with 6 inch x 10 yard rolls of burlap. 5.5 inch burlap can also be used just as easily for this method. The finished size of this wreath is about 21 inches.

Materials needed for flower:

Cutting Mat

Rotary Cutter

Pipe Cleaners

Scissors

10 inch box wire wreath frame

6 inch burlap of your choice

For the flower as shown, I used:

25 pieces of apple green, cut 6x9 inches

55 pieces of ivory, cut into 6x6 inch squares

Outer ring: 25 apple green pieces

2nd ring in: 20 ivory pieces

3rd ring in: 20 ivory pieces

center ring: 15 ivory pieces

Braided center - 1 roll of 2.5 inch by 10 yard roll of burlap ribbon. I cut the ribbon into 3 equal strips of 120 inches each. (Video for my deco mesh braided center is also on YouTube- just use the burlap measurements listed above)
