Christmas Wall Art
Branches from my butterflie tree.
After snipping an tidying my garden. Putting these in the garden waste,
I'd always wonderd what if?
So this was a test!
I do love my homegrown butterflie tree its 14 year old...
Soo a old canvas from my stash, An decs we are sorting out for christmas.
Craft fever kick'd in. Thinking i need to make my 1st creation for christmas👍🎅
This is how it turn'd out🎅
Heres my branches dried indoors for 4weeks never painted anything wanted the natural look.. I just love natural wood👍
I broke them as i went..
some cutting with sissor's was rather fun.
My tree was still serveing a perpose.
These were flexible to work with also I was surprised 😀 this test was working out just grate.
Dident need the back..only the frame 😀
I sliced a courner to remove the canvas to ues only the frame
I just unpicked the staples
It was easy to remove.
Cutting them to size
Glueing them inside the frame
I tryed keeping the tree like pattern.
Makeing them all look attached
I just filled it all giving a fuller look.
Useing my glue gun be careful if you try this.
After gluing all my branches
I snipped them from around the edges. An that is my wooden branch wall art.
But i needed to make it christmasy.
So heres my 1st creation for chrimbo👍🎅 at home and hometalk :)
Looks good.
All for free.
Its sliver with jem's.
There is lights around the branches it looks fab lit up
Thats it lit up..F&H stands for Faith and Hope.
Family also liked this Its made my family seem happy an have askd when the trees going up..
I've started something now ha..ho.ho.ho🎅.
Merry Christmas to you all
