Glitter Tipped Pinecone Place Card Holders

There's always time for another glittery craft before Christmas!
Last week I was so excited about the Gilded Pinecone Place Cards we were going to use for my mom’s Christmas table, but now I have something new to be excited about – Glitter Tipped Pinecone Place Card Holders! Yes that’s right a huge change of plans.
I had already started spray painting lots of pine cones when my mother suddenly decided she didn’t like gold & she threw all of her gold pinecones away… So sad – I love the fresh new way gold has crept back into our decor lives! But I’m getting over my sadness quickly because it is her Christmas table & it just means I get another excuse to play with glitter again!
Every year Roger & I split our Thanksgiving & Christmas day between my parent’s & his parent’s. Since we both grew up in the same area this means that we get twice as much holiday cheer in a 24 hour period! Although I love getting to spend the holidays with both of our families, I can’t help but dream about the day we move back to Chattanooga… And hopefully in 10 years we will have built our own home – one large enough to fit both of our families for Christmas dinner!
But for now I will just dream while creating many more Glitter Tipped Pinecone Place Card Holders!
