This is my DIY Napkin Rings project which I made from 1 toilet roll. I only had 1 empty roll to make 3 napkin rings. Here's how I made them!
How to make them:

First I gathered my materials- toilet paper roll, washi tape, paint, and mod podge. lay it all out over something to protect the surface you are working on. I used some bubble wrap.
1)First cut the paper tube into 1" wide rings, I only had one so I made 3 rings.
2)Then you are going to want to paint the tubes in white inside and out and let them dry well.
3)Then, in order to decorate the napkin rings, cover your rings with washi tape. I used Christmas themed washi tape, I think they look great! You can choose whatever color washi tape you'd like.4)Then paint the insides and outsides of the rings with mod podge. Then let them dry really well over night.
5)Job done. You can use your lovely napkin rings. What's fun about this is that you can use any color washi tape you'd like and use them year round. It is also a great way to recycle your toilet paper rolls.
Hope you enjoy this project. Give it a try!
