DIY Sunburst Mirror From Thrifted Silverware

Easy
Challenged to do a makeover using thrifted kitchen utensils, we came up with a plan to transform old silverware with cool handles into a unique sunburst mirror. (...after quite a prolonged brainstorming process - you can see the full story on our blog, Plaster & Disaster, linked below.)
We spent a little under $15 on supplies, including a bunch of silverware and a pack of small, round mirrors from the craft store. We already had the other equipment.
The most "fun" part was cutting off the handles using a dremel with a metal cutting attachment. Otherwise, this was pretty easy to assemble. We sandwiched the silverware handles between two of the mirrors, used a sturdy glue, and let it set overnight.
To hang, we just looped twine around two of the spokes.
We think it turned out pretty well! And it was fun to be part of the Cent-Sational Salvage Challenge.
