Pumpkins are one of the best parts of fall, and did you know you can turn those foam pumpkins into other fun and amazing decor that can be kept up year round? You can see more of my crazy creations here

You'll need 2 pumpkins, one round pumpkin and one tall pumpkin. Start by cutting the stem off of the round pumpkin.

Paint both pumpkins with brown paint. The kind of paint depends on where you'll be placing your deer. I used acrylic paint that is safe for outdoors. I painted both pumpkins with 2 coats of paint and let them dry completely.

I used tan paint on the bottom of the tall pumpkin which would become the deer's chest.

I drew a face shape with a pencil on the round pumpkin. I painted the face with tan paint and let that dry. I used a black permanent marker to draw the line of the face and colored in a nose. I used some white paint to make some eyes and then colored in the eye with the permanent marker.

I glued the head onto the body, and I glued on some flowers around the neck. I cut ears out of brown felt and glued them onto the top. I used some liquid chalk and created some spot on the fawn's back.
