Duct Tape Pennant Banner

For a blog project I needed to create something using duct tape. I had purchased a roll of really cute duct tape just for this project several weeks in advance. So I would be all ready to go - but when I went to do the project I couldn't find the duct tape! In desperation I grabbed a roll of glittered tape at Dollar General and created the first thing that came to mind - a pennant banner. I almost didn't want to share this project - it's so simple I felt a little silly calling it a project! But it was all I had and the deadline was upon me so a Duct Tape Pennant Banner is what I made.
Duct Tape, Baker's Twine, and scissors. That's all you need to create this 'project'.
Cut as many pennants as you want. Double the length you want each pennant to be.
Wrap around baker's twine and stick sides to each other.
Trim an upside down 'v' out of each pennant to create a fun look.

Come over to the blog for the whole tutorial and to see the way I used my finished banner!
