Easy Faux Boxwood Wreath for Under $15

Boxwood is one of my must haves for decorating, but real preserved boxwood is so pricey. Most faux versions look incredibly fake, though.
Since I just couldn't make myself pay the high price for a wreath, I decided to make my own.
It was created with fake boxwood sprays from JoAnn Fabrics over a grapevine wreath and cost under $15 to make.
Individual sprays of boxwood were wired into the grapevine wreath with green floral wire.
This wreath used four bushes of the boxwood, with each one being wired onto the wreath whole.
And I must say that I think this is a pretty good replica of the wreath thing. What do you think?

You have solved one of my dilemmas! I never could resign myself to fork over the big bucks for the preserved wreath, and I love this!

@Sondra Lyn at Home It is so crazy how expensive they are! Glad you like this more reasonably priced version.

This is so pretty! I made one too, because like you I couldn't bring myself to pay the high prices they want for them.
