Flashback Guest Room

Finally got my guest room in order with some new vintage finds and some of my old collectibles. I love the room and feel as though I have been transported back in time.
We got this stunning dresser with carved wood handles for a mere $20
a collection of old books from late 1800 to 1950 displayed on a galvanized chicken feeder
This beautiful bead frame came from a local garage sale, it used to be in a historic hotel in our area, entire frame with matching mirror.....$20 love love love!
Our next great deal and finishing touch, a ceiling fan, newer but the style blends perfectly ...you guessed it! a garage sale find for ....$40
old wooden door with a art deco picture of lambs
a refabbed phone into a lamp my husband made and a classic fan
Collection of cameras and old photos, see more on the blog!

Wow! I love this room Shannon. You did an awesome job. Talk about great deals on the bead frame (LOL When I first read your typo, I'm looking all over the picture searching for a neat beaded picture frame, before I read on about the matching mirror, which was the first thing I noticed about the headboard, and realized you were talking about the bed.) Thanks for the chuckle. :^D We have that ceiling fan in our master bedroom less the matching light kit. We opted to buy a different style for ours. I can tell you what a deal you got on it as I remember the fan was regularly $199.99 and the matching light kit (which could also be a flush mount ceiling light) was $29.99.
