Again, with me, it always seems to start with wood from a pallet, cut, sanded and stained.
Different woods, different stains, find what works best for you for your project. Then find some materials and GO !!................Quick side note, the WHOLE project was done with things already in my house, and Mod Podge was the only glue I used.
I wound thick twine in a circle and brushed the back of it with Mod Podge, then turned it upside down and stuck to wood. Added another small stone for the middle. Pebble stones bought at the Dollar store for the petals. Brushed with Mod Podge and laid down individually. Green colored wire for the stem. EVERYTHING was mod podged on wood, laid flat for the night, and then stood upright in the morning! How adorable! I think I may add leaves or a quote before all is said and done.
Added a little Dragon Fly wood piece just for an added touch
