Making a light up glass block in memory of a loved one is a great way to pay tribute to them.
You'll need:
A craft glass block
A strand of 20 lights or battery operated lights
A photo
Double sided tape
Place your lights into the glass block opening.
Cut out your picture to fit the block.
*For my photo I found a free printable flag and placed it on a word doc. I inserted a text box in the center of the flag and pasted my photo in the text box.
Use double side tape to adhere the photo to the block.
Place your block where you want it to be.
Plug it in.
I'll be making this and more things to pay tribute to those we love on my next episode of Hometalk's Facebook Live Tuesday, May 23rd 7pm EST.

I love, love this project. I just lost my retired USMC hubby of 47 years. I'll make it as soon as I get a chance.♥️🥰

I love this, I am from a military family. Couldn’t you Modge Podge the flag/picture to make it look more permanent??
