Today’s little project is a fun one since everyone has empty bottles just lying about in the house.

So why not give them a super colorful and bright Makeover.
If you want to see more of my bottle recycling ideas in a super fun way do check out my DIY Painted Bottles, Marbled Bottle and Marbled Clay Bottle.
I chose to use Tissue Paper but you can use pretty much anything Newspaper, Magazine, Wrapping Paper even Fabric etc.The main ingredient is GLUE, that is the only crucial factor in this project.
My Decoupage glue of choice was Mod Podge and I chose the Matte Finish on this project.I recently gave my Gold Accent Table the same Decoupage treatment. you should hop on over and see how it looks now.
So I applied a thin layer of the Mod Podge and in no particular order one by one placed the leaves on top.I placed one column of the leaves and fanned out the rest on to the side.
You can play around with the colors and placements.I even let the leaves overlap each other. The last step, when the entire bottles are covered with the colored tissue paper, apply another thin coat of the Mod Podge on top so to completely seal it in.
I did the same thing on the other bottle and let it completely dry, I gave it an entire day.And that was it.What do you guys think?

I'm going to try this, it's so airy and fresh with those colors. Nice.
