I'm Keisha from Loving Littles Blog and had created this chalkboard using handmade chalk paint and an old oil painting I bought at a local thrift store for $5!! Check out my blog for more DIY at www.lovinglittlesblog.com
Mixed up the white homemade chalk paint! 1 cup Latex Paint 3 tablespoons water 1/2 cup baking soda. I then sanded down the frame and added two coats of white chalk paint.
Then I prepped the painting. I turned it around so the clean unused side was facing front. Then I added two coats of black store bought chalk paint. Waited for it to dry, put it back together & done!
