CHINA HUTCH MAKEOVER

by Clydia Mangold

I had wanted a china hutch in our dining room for forever. I'd never been able to find the style I wanted until one lucky afternoon of browsing on Craigslist. This one needed a really good cleaning and a paint job. Can you believe this was done with a can of Valspar?!
Enjoyed the project?

Have a question about this project?
I have a china cabinet just like this. Would you happen to know how much it is worth in the original condition? Much thanks.

I notice that when painting these cabinets glass is papered and taped over. I had
assumed that everything had to be taken off and apart to be painted. This seems to be a much easier way to do it. I have been reluctant to start a project that has been waiting for years. If papering and tape works I am on it.
