Particle Board Cabinet Redo

I stumbled upon this little cabinet at Goodwill for $2 - it screamed at me for some reason - HELP!
I bought the cabinet home and my little dog Pixie agreed that it needed some help too!
I painted the entire cabinet using chalk paint - Waverly brand (buy at Walmart in the craft department). Two coats started to transform it already in to a better looking piece!
I decided to cover the top and the front drawer with a tissue paper that has a design that I liked. First had to put Mod Podge all over the top and then the drawer.
It is tricky with tissue paper - since it is so thin - it can rip easily, so you spread it very carefully to get the bubbles out. If it rips (and often it does), you can piece it back together before it dries or cover a large rip with another small piece of tissue paper and you can't see the rip. Then you put another coat of Mod Podge over the tissue paper.
I brushed a light application of wax (again I like the Waverly brand), because you can brush it on. When it dries - I use an electric hand-held buffer and buff it out.
I painted the drawer handle and it is done! My $2 cabinet would look great in an office, bedroom, or almost anywhere!
