I purchased this ottoman at a thrift store. Follow these simple steps.

1. Disassemble ottoman.  Remove the top cushion and fabric.  Lay the fabric aside.  It makes the perfect template.
2.  Remove the dust cover from the bottom of the ottoman.
3.  Carefully remove the top cushion.  Caution!  Try not to cut the bottom of the cushion.  There is a lining there that you will need to keep.

4.  If you want to replace the foam on the top cushion remove it from the cover so you can measure the thickness.
Give your ottoman a fitting before the final stitching
Sew it together
Staple to the bottom of the Ottomon, I also added a dust cover
Watch this easy transformation.
