Fabric Covered Cork Board

I found an old picture at the Salvation Army store that was only a couple of dollars. I didn't care for the picture but I thought the frame was a nice shape so I bought it thinking that I would turn it into a cork board. Here's how I did it.
First I separated the picture from the frame. Then I spray painted the frame.
Next I laid out the picture, cork, and fabric and cut them to the size needed to fit the picture.
Then I used spray adhesive to attach the cork to the old picture and the fabric to the cork. Do this outside as the fumes are pretty bad.
Then I popped them back into the frame and sealed the back back up.
