Oh, you know how many grocery bags you have laying all over the house, when you come back from the shopping. Where do you put them? That's the question and here's the answer.
I found and kept an empty pod detergent bottle. I really didn't know what I was going to use it for but, there I was again, saving for any project that comes to mind.
I had only tried to decopage anything once,as least that was very tiny. I know this container is not big, but to me it was very big.
I started by applying mod podge with a sponge brush to a small area of the container. Then I cut tissue paper in small pieces, I heard it was easier to handle and you have more control, in small pieces. I did that until, I went around the entire container. I wanted the top half to be left blank, for something else. That something else was, to paint the top half and leave the lid white.
What I did next was go around the house and looked for every plastic bag there was and finally, I found them a home.
There you are, Home Sweet Home..I probably could decrease the amount of bags That come into the house, but that would mean "less shopping", but, we know that won't happen.
