Gather pallets of same dimensions. A great workout! ;)
Stack'em and tack 'em with some notching out of the backs.
Get your foam on..ha. One foam shop wanted $180 per 6"x40x48 for the bottom cushion section of which I needed 3..what? No way. Found 2, 6" single foam mattress cushions at JYSK (Canada) for $99 each' which was all I needed, so $200 for the seat cushions as opposed to over $500, and one 4" Mattress that, once cut in 1/4s, worked for all the backs at $69.
Stain it all. Plus, I wasn't sure if to skirt the front, and if so, how...but a friend provided me these half moon pieces of wood, for my outdoor firepit long before this project, one day while sunning by the pool, I had an epiphany...use them for the skirt...ahhhhh!!
Find a seamstress and some fab fabric....and holy moly!
Add custom cushions and pallet coffee table on caster. Smokey tempered glass...sit back and chill! Wow turned out perfect. So pleased...Cheers! 🍷
Enjoyed the project?
