They look like aphids. A warm soap and water wash will usually get rid of them. You might need to repeat the process...
I agree with the aphids , that's what they look like to me too :)

Over the years I have heavily relied on companion plants to repel insects naturally. You could Google companion plants and see what repels pests from specific plants.

They look like aphids. Spray with Neem oil or warm, soapy water. Also, ladybugs are a natural predator.
