This Poor Little Cabinet Just Needed Rescued.
I found this little cabinet in a thrift store and walked away with it for $15. It just called to me.
I cleaned it, filled the holes in it with wood putty, and put a piece of trim over the face of the middle shelf. A coat of black chalk paint was applied to the outside.
I took the back off and added a tin panel to add detail and depth. I then replaced the back.
The inside was painted a sheepskin color and a coat of wax was applied. and buffed out. This sad piece of furniture now seems very happy.
