How can I get scratches off glass top range?
just 3 weeks after getting a new glass top range, a boil over of sugar went all over my glass top. I wasn’t able to get it all off, now there are small scratches. How can I get rid of the scratches?

there are products (I see them at Home Depot, Publix, etc) to remove scratches from glass as well Glass Doctor is one of the products recommended
There are glasstop stove cleaners available on the market that work well. My cooktop came with a bottle of the mixture which is similar in feel to a runny toothpaste. It has worked welll for me by applying just a small amount to the problem area on the stove with a damp cloth and then rubbing well, rinsing with a clean, damp, soft cloth and then drying with another soft cloth. Good luck. You also might contact the manufacturer of the stove if you don't have a manual that instructs you on how to clean surface scratches away.
Looks like a pretty easy fix with a paste of baking soda etc. Here’s what “the glass doctor” advises: https://glassdoctor.com/blog/how-to-remove-scratches-from-glass-stove-tops

Make A Paste: Mix two teaspoons of baking soda and one teaspoon of water in the small bowl. This all-natural paste is perfect for glass stovetop repair. Make sure that the paste is wet because dry and abrasive materials should not be used on a glass stovetop.
Apply the Paste and Buff: Dampen a soft sponge or cloth and use it to gently apply the paste to the scratched areas of the glass stovetop. Lightly buff the scratches with the paste until you are satisfied. Remember that you will never be able to remove or repair the scratch fully.
Dry: Finally, wipe off any excess paste with a fresh cloth.
Before cleaning, be sure that the stovetop is off and has fully cooled. Remember to never use abrasive materials or chemicals to scrub the glass as this can cause further scratching. Finally, consult your warranty and manual before performing any scratch repair, as your stovetop may be protected for a certain amount of time.

Scratches on glass can be camouflaged but not fixed. I use a ceramic polishing gel made by Whirlpool. It will not fix deep scratches but does a good job on surface scratches.
Have you tried using toothpaste yet? Use one that has baking soda in it, along with a damp rag to rub it in. Good luck, hopefully you can get the scratches out!
You can buff with a soft microfiber cloth and glass cleaner that is designed to buff out minute scratches.
Compound wax will help
Make a wet paste with baking soda and water and rub gently with a soft cloth.
You might be able to buff them out a bit. You could check with the manufacturer, see what they recommend so as to avoid further damaging the glass. Otherwise, and I know you don't want to hear this, you might prepare to live with the scratches as glass is tough to repair.
Are you sure it is scratches you are seeing? What did you clean it up with? To clean my glass to I use Bio Cleaner paste. It has never disappointed me in in cleanup no matter what is on the stove. I use a Scrub Daddy sponge to work the paste in and my stove is 5 years old. Never found a burned on patch it did not get off. It works better than the ceramic cleaners I found including the one that came with the stove when I bought it. It is a superfine polishing compound I use all around the house including stainless steel sink. It may look pricey but a TINY bit goes a long way. I buy multiples on sale at QVC and this tub has lasted for at least a year. Unless you scraped the glass with something like a screwdriver there should not be scratches. I bet it will come off with Bio Cleaner paste.

One of the best items to use is a razor blade but you need to be very careful not to scratch the glass top (which I did).
