I agree - Quikrete. We've used it often for various repairs.
check your local Home Depot, Lowes or hardware stores they have the products you need to do your repairs - quickrete is what we have used in the past and it does a great job but other brands out there as well
Check into a concrete patch material called Sika. It should help you to fix the issue.

I would get a bag of Quickcrete. Just follow the instructions on the bag for a patch.
I personally suggest to use of Quickcrete.
So get some concreat patch I don’t know how long the space is if it’s long get a bag and make your self .take a putty knife and fill in the whole thing under there
Looks like you need to use a water sealant and possible another layer of concrete.
Where has the water come from, and where is it going to? Is the concrete damage new or historical? You could fill the gap, but if the water is not going to drain away from the wall, the problem will re occur.
We've picked up a concrete patch at Home Depot and used it on our patio to fix it. Just follow the directions on the package.
