I used a porcelain repair kit in the past. It worked well on my white sink but I couldn't get a color match on my pink one. So if it's an odd color, it may be difficult.
You would need a gap-filling adhesive, a porcelain filler, or a touch-up glaze to replace lost material. Just see to it that the product is paintable if you plan on painting it.

Home Depot sells porcelain touch up in a bottle it has a brush that would work for that if you can’t find it ask associate.
