    If the sheet of laminate is coming off the front or sides, grab the Wood Glue or Gorilla Glue and as many clamps as you can find. If you mean the paper inside the cabinet, just keep peeling it off until you are ready to sand and paint the inside. Best wishes! ☺️

    Here are the steps:

    2. Clean the cabinets thoroughly with water, dish detergent, and a sponge. ...
    3. Once clean and dry apply a bonding primer. ...
    4. Apply an oil- based paint in the color of your choosing.

    What you have is Thermofoil cabinet. No real way to repair. The adhesive bond has failed. It will continue to peel.
