Staircase Makeover - New Treads and Beadboard Risers

My 100 year old staircase needed a makeover...badly! After removing the carpet we decided to replace the treads and then use beadboard on the back of the risers. The finished product is perfect!
The stair case...in desperate need of help!
We cut and stained our new treads.
We applied beadboard to the risers.
The finished staircase. Oh so much better!
