You can turn them into wall or porch decor. I've seen "WELCOME" on them, "HOPE". "PORCH" (even use a small wreath for the "O"), snowman, Flag, Santa, & wreath hanger. If they have the louvers, they can be made into a mail drop center & add a small cork board. Put 4 together into a square, add a top, and you have a table. Hang 2 on a wall with a landscape between them, framed to look like a window.
