Scrap Wood Bunny
If you've made any sort of wood project before (building a fence, adding shelving, you get the idea), you probably have scrap wood. With the cost of lumber right now, you don't want to throw those scraps away. You want to save them and turn them into crafts (assuming you can't use them for more shelving or anything like that).
That's exactly what we did to make this Scrap Wood Bunny. It's using scrap wood and paint that you have at home, so it actually doesn't cost any money out of pocket. Who doesn't love a free craft? Especially when it's cute enough to give out as a gift.

Cut the wood into rectangular shapes for the face of the rabbit. Cut two additional rectangles for the ears.
The easiest way to do this is by using a Miter saw, but if you only have a table saw, that will work as well.
Sand the wood and then paint the wood. If you're making multiple ones, paint them all now and let them dry. If you're only making one, this project will take you less time.
Glue on the ears.
Paint the face.
Paint the ears.
Let the bunnies all dry completely, then display them or gift them, whatever you're planning to do.
