Spruce up Your Front Door for $1!

I see these 'Door Baskets' all the time at thrift stores. They are readily available and always dirt cheap. I grabbed up this one at my Goodwill for a buck.
Then I totally forgot about it.

So early one morning I was looking at my tired front door and decided to try, without leaving my house , to spruce it up at bit. After some light excavation in my garage, I unearthed my basket.

I do not keep a bunch if floral or wreath making supplies around my house so I just dismantled my old wreath for this project.

I stuffed some plastic grocery bags in the bottom of the basket as filler and then filled it with flowers from my old wreath. 10 minutes tops!

Now I love walking up on my front porch! It made such a nice difference in our curb appeal also. The best. $1 I EVER spent!
