Upcycled Herb Boxes: Reuse Your Cartons & Bottles!

Hey there, Hometalk Friends! Today's simple project would make a lovely centerpiece at a garden party or a sweet hostess gift, plus it's a great way to reuse materials instead of tossing them.
After finding my favorite coffee drinks 75% off, I had a surplus of bottles and cartons. Instead of tossing the empties, I decide to upcycle.
While this is not my first upcycled bottle project, it is the first time I also resused the cartons.
I used a foam brush to paint them inside and out and gave each carton two coats of chalk paint.
Here they are drying after 2 coats....
Next, I was ready to stencil and I found these awesome stick on herb stencils that stay in place while you paint, but are also reusable!
I stenciled "Mint" and "Rosemary" but you can choose any herbs you prefer.
Last, I added water to the bottles and filled with fresh herbs or flowers, like I did with this blooming box!
Instead of stenciling, I used a chalkboard label on this one, which could be personalized for any occasion!
