From Dated to Stunning - Black Painted Rocking Chair!

Hey guys, I asked a question a couple of weeks ago here on Hometalk about whether or not I would be reducing the value of this rocking chair by painting it. Just about all of you maintained exactly what I thought, I should go ahead with the makeover :) So I did! Here's the finished chair in shiny black!
I put a coat of exterior poly on this chair after putting on three coats of the black Rustoleum paint on it. I wanted it to be indoor/outdoor. I was nervous going into this actually. This is my very first project bought entirely on the plan to give it a makeover and sell it! I'm excited and I'm nervous, I keep thinking, "What if it doesn't sell?!" But, like everything, we shall see how it goes :)
I think it turned out really stunning and I think it would work in just about any home or porch whether for a nursery or just a place to rock with a morning cup of coffee or tea. This is truly the first step I'm taking toward my dream of refinishing furniture for a living, it is a very long term goal, but it is exciting for me to take the first step even if it is only a little one!
If you saw my Inspiration Board on Stunning Rocking Chairs then you know how much I drooled over a couple of them painted in black! I'm almost torn to sell it, it sure turned out puuurrrty :)
