Beautiful! A very "Williamsburg" look. I did this years ago, but used artificial apples and was fortunate enough to find an artificial pineapple (the colonial symbol of hospitality) to place on top. Greens inbetween the apples like you did and I had an authentic Colonial period look for my table.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
how did you make wooden cylinders?
Love your centerpiece! I would like to know if your apples oozed juice on your table since they are all pierced with nails? I'd also like to know how you attached your boxwood clippings so they don't fall out when moving your centerpiece and finally I'd like to know where in the world did you find your wooden cone??? I'd like to make one of these to use as my Christmas dining table centerpiece this year! Are the apples still edible to bake with once the holidays are over?
Where did you find the green/white candles in this project?
