Cute Fall Pillow From a Thrift Store Shirt

This thrift store flannel shirt turned out to be great investment! I think I paid around $2 for it. It was part of a scarecrow Halloween costume last year and now it’s been repurposed into 4 easy fall crafts. I'm going to show you how to make my favorite- an easy DIY fall acorn pillow!
Materials Needed:
You will need to start with a plain pillow cover. I purchased mine at Hobby Lobby. It was $9.99 and I used my 40% off coupon. I found a pattern for the acorn by searching Google images.
I was so excited to find the Heat n Bond in a full sheet instead of just the strips. This stuff was so easy to work with and you can turn any fabric into an iron on with this!!
Peel off the backing from each piece and iron onto your pillow cover.
Add a pillow insert and you’re done!
You can see more projects using the flannel fabric on the blog!

What Treasures Await on Oct 25, 2016Sure, I've linked to the one that I used in my actual blog post (link above) but I just searched acorn free coloring pages on Google!
