DIY Advent Calendar Made From Curbside Frame

I love finding amazing pieces on the curb. My latest finds were a vintage mirror and this old frame. I was most excited about the mirror. It just needed a good cleaning and I was going to hang it in our home. This frame has a lot of great detail, but I didn't have a plan for it right away.
As I started thinking about an Advent calendar for this year, the frame came to mind.
With a few supplies, I made that cast-off frame into a beautiful Advent calendar that we will use this year.
Some {afilinks} "Park Bench" Fusion Mineral Paint , wire mesh, canvas tags and numbers stamps and I had a brand new piece!!!
This Advent Calendar is so pretty, has tons of character and will bring us much joy this Christmas season. Who knew a curbside rescue could turn into something so functional and pretty!
