This is a fun DIY wreath that you can make for anytime of the year. This is great for any beginner and it's inexpensive. You can purchase everything from the Dollar Store

Step one: Cut 6 rolls of Dollar Tree shelf/Grip liners rolls in half
Step two: zip tie your first grip liner and start making your ruffles. You will zip tie it to the bar of the wreath frame (14.5 inch frame from Dollar Tree) and continue to do the same thing each time you start a new roll. You will use the bottom row and top row.
Step Three: Zip tie the last piece off
Step Four: Add a pretty bow and you are finished.
