Double-Duty Decor for Entertaining

Our deck space recently received a makeover, and much of the clutter was eliminated while some new was incorporated with some old. To make up for the loss of furniture, I've assigned double-duty to a few decor objects to fill in the gap when entertaining.
I love the antique garden table we added, but it was much smaller than our previous dining set. It's a perfect landing spot for appetizers, but it falls a little short when entertaining a crowd. In order to keep things minimal in a small space, I got creative with my decor.
The tall planter is used for it's intended purpose during most days. But when we're entertaining guests, it morphs into a cooler for iced beverages.
To keep clutter at a minimum on this small deck, I've assigned some everday objects with a dual purpose. When entertaining, they become practical serving pieces that help keep the look clean and modern.

Sarah @ {Home-ology} modern vintage on Jun 14, 2014@Douglas Hunt I love my chairs, too! They are vintage wire chairs by Homecrest from the 60's. I just had them restored and couldn't be happier.
