I recently gave this beautiful antique chest of drawers a makeover.
This piece was beautiful "as is" but had some issues.
Some of the veneer was chipped off of the front.
The veneer top was completely gone!
She has great storage and deserved a makeover.
I chose to use milk paint in light cream from The Old Fashioned Milk Paint Company. Just paint, then sit back and wait for the magic to happen!
The chippy goodness of milk paint allows a piece to look as though it was painted 100 years ago, not yesterday.
The perfect amount of "chippyness."
The makeover suits her!
Enjoyed the project?
