This was an old picture turned in to chalkboard. Painted frame with Annie Sloan Emperors Silk as first coat and Provence as second coat, distressed to show some red under tones and clear waxed.
Close up of details
Mirror that was silver and I painted in Annie Sloan custom mix and distressed to show some gold and silver undertones and clear and dark waxed.
Fun little chalk board made from old picture. Painted in Annie Sloan Arles, distressed, clear and dark waxed.
This was a little small for hanging on the wall so I put it on an easel to show it would be for a counter top in your kitchen.
Great to put sayings on or use to write a special message to a loved one or even to put the menu for the evening on if you were having guests over.
