Hello Lori! If you really like the design on your coffee sack you could frame it and hang it over a coffee bar or in your kitchen.
I've seen people sew them into pillows! https://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/pillows-throws/diy-pillows-from-burlap-coffee-sacks-25766837?redirected=1

You could make a message board like this one https://www.homeroad.net/2015/04/stenciled-burlap-memo-board.html
Hello Lori,
You could fill it with Polystyrene beads and use it as a Pouffe/Seat. Enjoy!
I have seen the coffee sacks made into throw pillow covers.
