If you are on Nextdoor.com, that's where I always start. Some of my neighbors have fantastic items to sell, barter or give away.

Some farmers markets or stores catering to farmers have message boards for public use. That is where I found someone selling exotic eggs. If that doesn't work for you look in free papers in your area. I have also seen ads for eggs in those.

You will get best results if you join a local site and request information. Local craigslist or NextDoor, etc.
