People paint it. For best results use the kits made for that sold at paint stores. Step by step instructions are in the kit. It's an epoxy system. Prep is very important. Just know any paint over ceramic is temporary. Usually a few years if you re careful with it. Once it's scratched it will peel and chip. I vote you use an area rug to Give you the color you want.

Hi Connie. I highly recommend Valspar Premium Enamel paint to change the color on your tiles. And it even comes in a spray paint too. Valspar expressly notes that this paint can be used for ceramic tile. But first you should prime with a quality primer. That's important. Good luck Connie. Stay healthy and well.
