Hi! I wouldn't kill it. Track it down and relocate it. Good luck and stay safe!
If an actual frog, pick it up and take it outside. Then walk around your home to see where it might have entered and make the necessary repairs.
Please don't kill the frog. They eat bugs.
Hi Fhebe, if you can find the frog you can catch him and put him outside. This article shows you a few how you can do that without hurting him - https://www.wikihow.com/Catch-a-Frog
Ok, drop a cloth over the frog, pick it up gently and put it outside.
If it came in through a door and it's still in that general region, you can try opening the door to let it out.
If you don't want to use your hands etc, you could use a large jar, put it over his body carefully. He'll go up into it if you encourage him and then you can place it outside and he can leave the jar when he wants to.

Hello there,
Is there a pond nearby, if so don't leave your door open at this time of year......They will return every year...!
Kiss it. You never know, it might just turn into a prince.
It must be coming for bugs at night when the lights are on. Perhaps put a plank or low obstruction in the doorway, they don’t fly after all so something relatively low should keep them out. I wish I had frogs in my garden.
This may work, they used a closed umbrella and pot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgV6-IId2vo
