Lemon spray
To make this flea spray, slice a lemon thinly and add to a pint of water and bring to the boil. Let the citrus solution sit overnight and pour into a spray bottle. The next day take the citrus solution and spray it on the infested areas in your home – sofas, pet bedding, chairs etc

Lemon juice can be hard on a dogs skin. It will dry it out. If you want to go natural, use a few drops of Dawn when you bathe your dog.

I have flea repellent, Greenerway, that all of them have lemongrass oil in them. I buy it at Amazon or Krogers. I also just buy the essential oil on www.puritan.com. You want a very fine misting bottle and start with 4 drops and work you way up to 6-8 drops..... its pungent and can be irritating to some skin.
