What do you mean by bitsy?
You could frame it and etch a design into the glass with a stencil and etching cream. You don't need any skill to use the etching cream.

If it is a wall mirror you could put garland around it to reduce the size of the visible mirrored part.

You could use a Sharpie Pen to draw on what you have in mind or use a thin tape or use Stick on lead from craft shop. Hope that helps!
