Looks like poke weed to me as well. Poisonous berries for animals/people Also if birds eat them they leave a purple excrement mess

Hi Shawn. My name is Cindy. I agree that it's poke weed. A few years ago my cousin (and best friend) woke up one morning and his house was purple. What a mess. He used a pressure washer to get it all off. Get rid of that weed as soon as you can. Good luck Shawn.
