Can anyone tell me the name of the plant with the berries? Thank you.
I don't know, but if you go to this link with the picture, they can tell you:
Looks like Pokeweed, see the images here:
Looks like poke weed to me as well. Poisonous berries for animals/people Also if birds eat them they leave a purple excrement mess
I agree that it looks like Pokeweed. Not safe to have in your yard. Good luck and stay safe!

Hi Shawn: If it's Poke Weed, read this:

Hi Shawn. My name is Cindy. I agree that it's poke weed. A few years ago my cousin (and best friend) woke up one morning and his house was purple. What a mess. He used a pressure washer to get it all off. Get rid of that weed as soon as you can. Good luck Shawn.
Hello. This link might be helpful
Thank you. That does help. We have lots of birds in the area and fields are farmed on the other side of the trees.
You might try the app Plant Snap as it can help recognize plants.
Pokeweed. Birds eat. Poisonous to humans.
this is a weed not a plant and it poison
Hello, definitely pokeweed, but don't get rid of it if you love bird watching!
Holly tree or plant of some kind
What i meant was holly plant or bush https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/holly/growing-holly-bushes.htm
I would call him Fred.
I have not met too many Hershels in my life time. OK, not one. I don't live in an area where Hershel is a common name.
Use the app called PlantSnap. You can take a picture of it and it will identify it for you.
