DIY Kitchen Makeover
Want to redo your kitchen on a budget? Painting the cabinets and adding new hardware is the easiest way to do it. I sanded down all the cabinets with a sanding block. I then used a water base primer and then white paint. I took off all the doors and drawers before I started. It makes it much easier. Then we bought some hardware from Lowe’s. Jordan measured 3 inches apart on the doors and drawers since that’s what the hardware was. Then used a screw driver and and drill to screw the hardware in. Jordan bought premade Shiplap from Lowe’s to install on the peninsula. You can use wood glue to attach it and then a nail gun to secure it better. We then contacted a marble and granite warehouse company to install granite tops. They measured it and installed it themselves.

You did a beautiful job. I wish I had the nerve to paint my kitchen cabinets.
