Hi Sherrie, there are some great grease cutters on the market now that are wonderful. There is one called Krud Kutter that is great. Fusion mineral paint also makes a great tsp (that is not toxic) that works wonderfully as well.
Here is a natural option as well... https://www.hometalk.com/diy/clean/furniture/remove-grease-from-kitchen-cabinets-33057663
Remove Grease From Kitchen Cabinets
In a spray bottle, mix vinegar and water 50/50. Add a few drops of liquid dish detergent (like Dawn) and shake. Spray on the cabinets, let it sit for a few minutes, and wipe with a clean cloth.
Here are several methods.
What I use on mine is either Krud Kutter, or TSP for really greasy messes. To clean and polish I love Orange Glo, available at Home Depot.
Hi Sherrie, hope this helps you out, Vinegar is the go-to natural cleaner when faced with how to clean greasy cabinets. Mix a 50/50 solution of vinegar and warm water and put into a spray bottle. Mist on cabinets, let sit for a minute or two and then wipe clean with a soft cloth.
I scrub with a sponge
Awesome spray cleaner from the Dollar store is great degreaser. Only $1.00 and is great for all cleaning around the house other cleaners won't touch.
Krud Kutter, Awesome cleaner, Murphy's Oil Soap
When I do clients kitchens that are greasy or they smoke, I use Dollar Tree Awesome Orange in the half gallon, and pick up a car sponge and the rubber kitchen gloves, and round kitchen plastic scrubbies. I also get a bottle of the Awesome Degreaser for the really subborn globs of grease and use the scrubby. I mix the Awesome Orange in hot water and use the car sponge. Test an area first.
I would not use TSP, TSP is made to degloss surfaces (pre-paint treatment) and can mar the finish.
Soap and HOT water, and a bit of scrubbing
For daily cleaning, I use OrangeGlo. If there is an area that needs scrubbing, a paste of baking soda with a bit of water or vinegar. For truly stubborn build up I use a kitchen safe degreaser.
Hi! Dawn dish detergent and microfiber cloths. Make a bucket or dishpan with hot soapy water and clean and rinse with the microfiber cloth. Good luck!
Hello, I tend to use a soapy water Dawn solution for mild weekly cleaning and Murphy’s oil soap for more moderete cleaning jobs. Murphy's oil soap is an excellent all purpose wood cleaner.
For greasy kitchen cabinets -I would suggest Krud Kutter
