Hi! What about window film? I use it on the lower part of my livingroom windows and a stained glass pattern in the bathroom. Huge amount of choices! Good luck!
Contact paper. Stick on a framed picture. Curtain with upper and lower rods. All inserts are removable but trying to match something to fill the space takes a little imagination and ingenuity.
Agreed on the window film idea! I've used them in lots of places now. They're inexpensive, easy to apply and come right off if you don't like them! Curtains are always an idea too :) https://www.hometalk.com/diy/windows-doors/windows/applying-window-film-to-my-glass-kitchen-cabinet-doors-43415147 If it being permanent doesn't bother you you could consider painting it in a mirror spray paint as well.

You can replace the insert without changing the door- there are often other styles in the same size at the home improvement center.

You could use a static cling film. I used "rabbitgoo" brand for mine and it was great.
Window film comes in many designs and patterns from privacy film to stained glass film. Amazon has a million designs is where I get mine, and it comes with an adhesive backing or is just cling film you apply with a bit of dawn soap and water and a rubber squeegee. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=stained+glass+window+film&crid=QTNRPWLNMJU8&sprefix=window+film+in+stained%2Caps%2C286&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_22
I'd use peel and stick glass frosting

Have the Panel removed and replace with one you do like, or make a panel like a picture frame and put in a picture or other.
