The hot water opens the tile's pores, which will make it easier to clean. -Mix equal parts water and vinegar and fill a spray bottle. -Spray the solution onto the tile spraying more of it in the dirtier areas and in between the tiles, where the grout is. -Let the solution set for at least 5 minutes to loosen soap scum.

I use a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and Dawn dish soap.
I use a mixture of 1:10 water: vinegar, along with a deck brush. Cleans it right up.
I use a vinegar and water and every now and then I use my steamer to really loosen up the dirt. Just be careful using it on grout, you wouldn't want to loosen it.

Hi! I use a scrub brush and a baking soda paste. Good luck!
This is how I clean my bathroom for years and it still looks brand new.
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
Hello Db,
Wipe them over every time you come out of the shower and then buff it dry with wettest towel.
Hello Db,
If the grouting is not looking great you could always paint it. If the tiles are looking a bit crazed when you look up close, then it is time to tile over the lot again, or use a tile paint over it that will be suitable for hot water.
Vinegar dissolves grout so I’d avoid that. Try baking soda and peroxide. Or use a powder product like Comet with a scrubber.
It's either soap scum or mold or both. Different solutions. Which is it?
