How I gave my laundry room a high end look without the high end cost.

Today I am going to show you how to add that high end look for little cost.

This is what my laundry room looks like now.

This is where I started, I chose white cabinets when we built, and I chose these handles because I loved the style and the black ones were out of my price range.

To paint the hardware black on my own I started by giving everything a light sanding with a sanding block, and then wiped everything down with an alcoholic wipe and let dry completely.

Once everything had dried completely I used flat black spray paint from colorshot paint, make sure you do a light coating of paint evenly across everything.

I did two coats total, and let dry completely overnight.

I even had some planters that I gave a quick coat of spray paint too as well.

I then added these gorgeous decals to the walls. Whether you rent or own your house, decals are a great way to add some interest to your walls without doing any damage.

So easy!

I am just loving the contrast that the black gives with the white cabinets now.

It definitely feels more complete to me now and much more inviting!

This is definitely an easy way to upgrade your home and I hope this inspires you to update a room in your home today without having to knock down walls.

Check out the extra pictures and let me know what you think and what else I should add to finish of this room.
